Did you know…..that it has been two whole weeks since I posted last…by my stats and the emails, I know some of you know!  LOL

Did you know…. that I have all kinds of back end tracking systems on my blog and website…like a lot of photographers, I want to see how much traffic I have, how often, what folks are looking at, how long are they spending, where are they coming from and most importantly who is stopping by.  That’s right folks I can actually tell who you are.  Pretty cool huh!  So when I just have lurkers and not comments I know I am not alone..folks are swinging by… Mostly I just pay attention to the locations and bottom line numbers.  But most recently these little tracking systems came in real handy.

Did you know….. that when you have a plan A with no plan B, you might just end up SOL! 

Having no plan B is why I haven’t blogged in two weeks…I know I know excuses…excuses…but really my plan was to blog while I was on the road..I have been traveling around with the fam….living out of suitcases for two-weeks…I brought all the necessary tools to make it happen but didn’t make sure they worked before I left.  Our fire wire adapter was not working in the laptop, so I couldn’t transfer any images…and well a post is just not that interesting unless you have an image to go along with it.  So instead of boring yall with my rambles and misspellings for TWO whole weeks..I thought I was just let you wonder what I was up too!

Lessons learned..always always test my brilliant plan before traveling across America!..that and have a plan B

Did you know….that male seahorses have the babies and not the mommies!  This I learned in Emmy’s new book. I learn so many interesting little tidbits from her books..And the male seahorses have 200 babies at one time! Yikes!

Did you know…that a dollar is not a dollar up north in some areas…so we are at Starbucks getting my non-fat Carmel latte on…and the kind fella gives my change back…he doesn’t simply say…”and your change is 9 dollars”…noppers it is “and your change is 5 dollars and 4 clams”  or was it claws…

Please do explain internet…this one I don’t understand

We just made it home and i am still unpacking all the suitcases.  While doing that i decided to paint.  yes paint!  What was I thinking.  Not really sure.  After I come up for air with having a live in husband again, a 2 week road trip, paint fumes and the clean up from the hail storm we just had I will start going through all the random images I collected on the trip..like the random ducks in the middle of the target parking lot or this here cutie!

Mom images will be coming your way soon.  I need to scroll through the rest of them in the next few days. 

Also, I have had alot of questions on my post processing, images stats and request for before and afters…so I will start doing those again too…

Editing/// SOOC (straight out of the camera)  I started shooting my BW in camera for a few months now and I love the outcome.
