Ciao friends and family!

This blog is now my personal space.  My life as it happens.  A way for friends and family to stay connected while we continue our military journey from place to place.

In the past this blog has been mainly a space to write about clients and their families. I will no longer be updating this blog with my recent commissioned work.

In the land of cyberworld, I have been hesitant to write about my personal life.  In an effort to keep connected to my friends and family, while still maintaining my privacy, I will now have all future post require a password.  If you have not been given the password yet, please text me, use the contact form here on the blog or email me.

Flightline Fair

This past weekend we headed off to the Flightline Fair.  For folks back home, it is basically a carnival with booths, rides, bounce houses, lots of food and great music.  All of our “carnivals” on base are basically the same with a minor difference.  The Flightline Fair is on the flightline.  Creative huh??  They have different planes out there so that folks can go inside and check them out.

This year was lots of fun…Emmy was able to do so much more on her own.  Which is always a plus.  I still got suckered into doing a few things with her…but it was still fun!  I pulled some images from last year’s Flightline Fair to really show how much she has grown in her independence.

She has always been a dare devil, (I wonder where she gets that from…hmmmmm…) but last year if I tried to let her go on “it” they might just haved turned me in…Older kids were screaming and talking about how scary “it” is…not my em she was smiling the whole time…so what is “it” exactly….

“it” is definetly not this..which is what she did last year…stayed on level ground with the kiddy pool…

“it” is this…totally insane high…the lighter you are..the higher you gooooooooo..and em loved every minute of it…

this series cracks me…the art of…”what the heck am I getting myself into…”

and awaaaaaaay we gooooooooooo…

and here is an idea of how brave she is….she is only 2…crazy crazy…maybe one day she will skydive with me..we might wait a year or two for that one..eheheheheheh

and here is why you should never never wear a dress to a carnival and hand the camera over to the hubby….trust me there were lots more lovely shots of my buttocks that will self destruct in t-minus 5…4…3….2….1…

she really liked all the bounce houses…

here are some images of the mens toys out there on display….

ciao for now…..

Mandy - The last one is stunning. Woohoo! I did end up starting bootcamp yesterday (9:30 class) and I'm TERRIFIED, but handing that big wad of cash over to John felt great because now I know I HAVE to stick with it or my husband might kill me. :) I tried out your fruit market. My house is even appreciative of your tip. It is feeling all cozy now that it is sporting 4 new plants from the market.

Shelia - ciao mandy! YAY you jumped into the super deep in with John. Sink or swim baby..sink or swim..LOL!! You will do awesome!! After about a week or so you will get used to the workout and not be AS sore. :-) I hear you on the money thing..That has kept me going 3 times a day. Take full advantage of what he offers and the results will come and come fast. In 4 weeks I lost nearly half my body fat and within 6 weeks I am well over half my body fat gone...several inches smaller all over. and much much stronger, healthier and happier. Stick with it!
