- Hey Cathrine!! Thanks for stopping by the blog. my color comes from practice on exposure and lighting. but i did not a little trick for this particular image. i had a vision of what i wanted it to look like as the end result...and i knew that i wanted the blues to be rich and deep and the light rays to really shine through...i dont use a flash for the most part..so i pulled out the trusty 50mm 1.2 lens..because that baby sucks in all kinds of light...then in my camera settings i adjusted the contrast and saturation..but when you do this remember to change it back..or you will so be using a few choice words at a later time. LOL! As for the blog..i doesnt really bother me that other photographers on island are using the same type blog..it is bound to happen sooner or later...my blog is fabulous if i do say so myself. LOL!! the company is great and who wouldnt want larger images and a fancy dancy blog...what really matters is the meat inside the blog..you know what I mean. so i say copy away and use my resources...share the love! have a good one and stop back by again! shelia
