another week begins of running everyday during the week. Last week felt really good. I had lots more energy than ever…There was one day that I only did 11k, that was the wine and penne day..but at least i still got out there chugged along…i tell you though..this heat is kickin my boo-teee
My favorite new little ditty of food is this…chicken spaghetti in a whole wheat tortilla…that baby has 12g of fiber in it…whaooo whooo!! The chicken spaghetti recipe…not a clue…my mom makes a large batch of it when she comes over and then we freeze little servings of it.
I started a boot camp on Thursday…all i have to say is jello…pure jello was how my legs felt!! I guess what can you expect after nearly 500 squat like things…yes that many…we counted out 210 and we did way more before than that and way more after that!

me talking now…”deeply sorry”…seriously “deeply sorry”..not really sure that takes care of being a suspect of killing you own child….i can only imagine what they thought when they receive a “deeply sorry”..maybe the public acknowledgment made a difference…..too bad the mother of JonBenet passed away before she received the “deeply sorry”…
One thing i know…peoples perspective’s can never be changed unless they are open for change and want to see things differently…often times folks are wrapped up in their own world to see things outside of it….which is where the facts are…after a recent situation i went through…i have learned with the help of the “A New Earth” book that egos do most of the talking and thinking…and when egos are involved there rarely is any ounce of reason and logic….so we just need to look beyond what the actions and thoughts and accustions of others are and keep living a good life!

looks like tony is going to Bahrain for the year…and m and i are Texas bound…it is not official yet…but as tony says even with orders it still is not official…he is “locked in” to the Bahrain billet…so please mr detailer..send us those papers…pretty please with sugar on top!

sitting on the couch with the hubby…
ME: Babe can you change the channel?
HUBBY: No.
ME: Why not?
HUBBY: I dont have the remote.
ME: Where is it?
HUBBY: I dont know.
ME: Oh.
The hubby gets up to find the remote and searches in all rooms for about 10 minutes…
Can I just say..the TV is seriously like 2 steps away from the couch! What was life like with out the remote..Maybe the buttons on the TV actually were used! LOL!!
