Ciao! Welcome to the blog-Upclose and Real

Sono Shelia!  To sum up...I am a mom that adores her little one, a navy wife and I gal that just loves her family and friends..Oh and this small little obession I have with Italy!  I am a lover of all things Italian.  The food.  The people.  The shoes.  The clothes that I will never be able to wear. The 4 hour mid-day breaks.  The slow life.  One day I will live there again.  And when I do you can bet my lens will go everywhere with me.  Because that is just what I do- document.  I document everything.  And that is what you will find here on this blog.  My journeys in life.  The day to day happenings here at the studio. My little one and all her glory. And of course images galore!!

good times and boo boo’s

We have made it through almost a full week of preschool!  Wowzers!! Preschool…still can not believe it…all my moms out there with itty bitty ones…watch out..before you know it they will be walkin’, talkin’ 2.5yrs old going on 7!!  My little M…what can I say…she ROCKS!!!

She was super stoked about her first day of preschool and for the most part she is still pretty stoked about going!  After the day is over she is super tired from all the playing and learning…well that and no more naps…I didn’t even think about trying to slowly cutting them out…So it is sink or swim for her…LOL! Poor thing…she is used to naps everyday but it is holding up like a trooper…I did get some pics from our first day…and I think the pics speak a thousand words…you can definitely tell she is pooped!

and she loves to show off her battle wounds from the day!

Grans - My little darling, she does looked exhausted. But, she is still as cute as a button and favors her Mother. How did she get the battle scars?

becca - What a cutie you have! I love the "look" and "feel" of these images. I recently found your blog and enjoy all the posts!

Shelia - Hey mom! Fancy seeing you on here! LOL!! The battle scars...well those are fake..she has this obession with wearing band-aids...she some how sweet talked (more like suckered) the teachers into putting knew band-aids on..because those are not the ones she went to school with..gotta love her!!!

I like to play with stuff on my personal images..These are some new actions that i got my little paws on...they totally ROCK!!!and i was playing around with the lighting to make them a little more "moody"..Glad you like them!
