Ciao friends and family!

This blog is now my personal space.  My life as it happens.  A way for friends and family to stay connected while we continue our military journey from place to place.

In the past this blog has been mainly a space to write about clients and their families. I will no longer be updating this blog with my recent commissioned work.

In the land of cyberworld, I have been hesitant to write about my personal life.  In an effort to keep connected to my friends and family, while still maintaining my privacy, I will now have all future post require a password.  If you have not been given the password yet, please text me, use the contact form here on the blog or email me.

Q&A: what locations do you use?

Today’s question comes from all…clients and photographers alike.

What locations do you use?

When clients ask this, the answer is simple…where do you hang out the most.  That is the thing about lifestyle photography.  It is all about the client..What they do normally…Where they hang out normally…

For photographers..the answer is just as simple…anywhere that inspires me…sometimes a grassy field that I drive past, parks that I have no idea how to pronounce, beaches that i stumble upon, gardens that i follow the little white signs to. Basically anywhere and everywhere.

I like to always change it up.  The same old place gets boring after a while.  Plus a client does not want the same place as the next person.  New places keep me on my toes.

I get asked for specific location names by photographers all the time.  Honestly most of the places I do not know the names too.  And sometimes I fall in love with a place and can not remember how to get back there.  Such a bummer!  I get lost a lot and extremely easy.  Here are a list of some of them that I do know:

Toguchi Beach

American Village

Comprenshive Park

Arah Beach

Fukenshin Gardens

Tori Beach

Ryuki Mura

Southeast Botanical Gardens

Hope that this helps a little..

See you tomorrow!

Shelia
