GO SPURS GO!!! Super excited about the 3-0 series we have going! Although, I have yet been able to watch a game straight through (someone please tell me the secret with having a toddler to watch the game..I know folks do it…share the love…I have b-ball fever!!!) …seeing the last few minutes and that score always gets a huge pike jump and a yippppppppppppppy!

starting to feel the pressure…the pressure of PSCing….you know that feeling??…the one that generates lists…tons and tons of list!!!…of everything that needs to be done…places you STILL have to see…and then I think…wait a minute….hold the phone….I have never actually LIVED in the US in the “real” world. where you pay for electricity….where you pay for garbage collection…where you pay for water..bills…bills…bills…I left straight out of college for a 3 month internship in Bahrain..where?? exactly!!…that is what we thought when I got my orders.. most folks know of it now…but this was pre 9-11…there I met my hubby..then it was off to italy…then oki…many many many years later…I am finally headed back to the states married and toddler in tow..somewhere in between I MUST of had a few birthdays because the big 3-0 is approaching! ouch!! ….holy shamoooolly!! when is sam dickens did this happen!

for all you tower residents out there..you can sooooooo relate to this feeling…the one that you have every time your little one has your keys and you enter the…dum..dum..dummmmm….the ELEVATOR!! please please please dont drop the keys in between the tiny little 2 inch opening…they are there just dangling so close to entry point…then you exit and thank the clouds you made across the threshold one more time…well for 3.5 years I continue to play that little game…couple times a day to be exact…then…. it happen…we were all packed up ready to go the zoo…exiting the threshold…and there- they- went…and the kicker is…the one person i thought it would be…noppers…it was the hubby!

Live for Less challenge-update…i have to say we did pretty good in most areas…turned off lights..unplugged appliances not in use…1 hour of tv for the day..but i have found that i have absolutely no discipline when comes to eating out…bagel here…starbucks there…pizza here…salad there…so i am re-challenging myself and i need yall to hold me to it..no eating out this week…period!

i once thought that EVERYONE knew what a sticker was..not the kind that my M must get EVERY time we go to exchange…she makes a bee line straight for them!! …and they ultimately end up on my kitchen floor…ending with me saying..never again never again….but the kind that is in the grass and you are SOL if you are barefoot in a patch of them…my good friend has pulled me out of my country bubble and made me realize that this is just a southern thing…for us country folks where grass roams freely…i guess that is why folks buy grass…so it will be sticker free! LOL!
